FashionFriend AI ("the app") helps you find your size by measuring your body and feet with your phone's camera. This policy explains exactly what is collected, where it lives, and what never leaves your phone.

What never leaves your device

• Scan photos. Photos you take of your body, feet or wrists are processed on your phone and are never uploaded. A recent capture may be cached on-device so result screens can show it; cached photos expire automatically after 30 days and can be cleared at any time by deleting the app's data.
• Calibration data. Ground-truth comparisons you record in the calibration tool stay on the device until you explicitly export them.

What is stored in your account

If you create an account, we store the following in our database (Supabase, hosted in Australia):

• Email address (sign-in only — no marketing email without your consent)
• Derived body/foot measurements in centimetres/millimetres, your quiz answers (fit preference, style preferences), and measurement confidence scores
• Your public handle/profile visibility choice, follows, fit reviews and ratings you post
• Minimal usage events (e.g. a re-scan reason you select) to improve recommendations

Your measurements are for you. They are never shown on public profiles, never sold, and never shared with brands or retailers as individual values. Other users can only ever see what you choose to make public via a handle; measurement numbers are never part of a public profile.

AI features

Size advice and measurement estimates are generated with Google Gemini. Only your measurements and quiz answers (height, weight, sizes) are sent — never your scan photos. If the optional photo-portrait feature is available and you choose to use it, a reference photo you select is sent to generate your portrait.

Your choices and rights

• Delete everything: Me → Delete account removes your account and all stored data immediately, inside the app.
• Use it without an account: all scanning works in guest mode; nothing leaves the device at all.
• Access/correction: your measurements are visible in the app at any time; contact us for an export.

Data retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. On-device cached scan photos auto-expire after 30 days.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. Body scanning of minors requires a parent or guardian.
